In the early hours of today, it was a celebration of remarkable attainment as Ikono son was being received by his people at the Local Government Secretariat, Ibiaku Ntok Okpo. Amb. ENWONGO-ABASI FRANCIS who was recently named as one of the World's top 30 Under 30 Global Literacy Leaders and Honoree of the International Literacy Association for his works in West Africa, has contributed immensely to promote the development of literacy in Africa. Highpoint of the reception was a presentation of Award of Excellence in Leadership by the TRC Chairman headed by the Paramount Ruler of Ikono, HRM.
